Terms of Service — Untiring

These terms apply to the Untiring website and Mac app. By using Untiring, you agree to these terms.

1. About Untiring

Untiring is a native menu-bar app for manual keep-awake sessions, with optional closed-lid protection and configurable battery and power rules. The app requires macOS 14 or later. The current installer is for Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

2. Your license

Untiring is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. The $5.99 license allows activation on up to 3 Macs and includes all Untiring features and lifetime updates.

Keep your license key secure. To move an activation to another Mac, first choose Remove license in Untiring Settings → License on the current Mac. The 3-Mac activation limit applies across your active Macs.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Untiring isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email adityaships66@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. This guarantee is available after activation.

4. Your use and responsibilities

Use Untiring lawfully and keep backups of your work. Closed-lid mode requires helper approval and an active session. Wait for the app to confirm protection before closing the lid, and keep your Mac on a hard, ventilated surface. Power, battery, thermal, and duration safeguards can stop protection.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local settings, the optional closed-lid helper, license activation, and website analytics.

6. Updates and availability

We may update Untiring to improve its features, compatibility, or reliability. Features and system requirements may change. Your purchase includes lifetime updates without a recurring subscription.

7. Limitations

Untiring is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
