Privacy Policy — Untiring

This policy explains how information is handled when you use Untiring, visit this website, purchase a license, or contact support.

1. Your settings stay on your Mac

Untiring stores session preferences and battery settings locally on your Mac. Keep-awake sessions run on your Mac. The native app does not include analytics.

2. Optional closed-lid helper

Closed-lid mode uses an optional helper approved through macOS. It reads power and thermal status and temporarily changes the system sleep setting while protection is active. It keeps local recovery information so the previous setting can be restored.

Untiring does not need access to your calendars, notes, or the contents of the apps you are using.

3. Purchases and license activation

Polar processes purchases and license activation. Purchase details, including your checkout email, are used to deliver your key, manage activations, and handle refunds. The website and app do not store your payment-card details.

Your license key and activation instance are stored in this Mac’s Keychain. Activation and verification contact Polar. Your key is not stored in ordinary app preferences or logs.

4. Updates and downloads

GitHub hosts the linked Mac installer and update feed. Downloading Untiring or checking for updates connects to that host. The app supports update checks through Sparkle; you can manage automatic checks in Settings.

5. Website analytics and performance

This website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure site usage and page performance. These website measurements are separate from the settings stored in the Mac app.

6. Support and refunds

When you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, locate your order, help with activation, or process a refund request.

7. Questions and requests

For privacy questions or requests about purchase and support information, email adityaships66@gmail.com. Include the email address associated with your request. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements.
